by Artie Pajak This is the message I received when I went through the "forgot my password" process. Turns out they had no email address on file. Why didn't they tell me that? So how did I retrieve my password when they sent the message to no address in particular? Luckily, my other browser remembered me, so I added my email address and went through the process again. "null" was replaced with my correct email address. I had customized quite a few things, so it would've really sucked to start over with a new account.

O Cancel My Cancel!

by Artie Pajak This pop-up shows up after I click the Cancel button in the parent window (top right). It always throws me off, even though I've seen it many times. I want to cancel the action in the parent window, but if I want to cancel that action, I can't click Cancel in the pop-up, I have to click OK. At least the default is correct, but the language makes me think about it each and every time.
